CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

In order to secure an appointment through our online booking system, a credit card is required to book. No payment will be taken at this time. Credit Card on file can be used for payment. Cash, Venmo or Zelle can be used without c/c fee. All payments are final and cannot be refunded.

We understand unforeseen circumstances and will do our very best to accommodate you in the instance of a late arrival. Anything past 15 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation and a non refundable deposit will be required. an additional deposit will be required to re-book your appointment.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. If cancelling on the day of the scheduled appointment, 100% of the service. No Shows result in being BANNED from scheduling.
